Introducing New Member Rewards from 24 Hour Fitness
Now that you've joined 24 Hour Fitness, we want to reward you for the things you're already doing at the club. As part of the New Member Rewards program, you'll be able to earn medals during your first 6 months as a member that you can exchange for merchandise or 24 Hour Fitness services. Whether it's taking a Group X class or completing an online survey, or even working out just four times a month, you'll collect more and more medals as you continue to engage with the 24 Hour Fitness experience. Then, after 6 months, you'll be able to cash in your medals for all kinds of great club merchandise and services.
So take advantage. It's a sweet deal. And it's only offered to new members like you.
Eligibility
- Who is eligible for the New Member Rewards program?

To be eligible for the New Member Rewards program,
you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be within your first 6 months as a 24 Hour Fitness member.
- Be a current 24 Hour Fitness member with a monthly, prepaid or 1+ year limited term membership. The following types of members are excluded from this program: guest members, trial or complimentary members, limited term members with membership contracts less than 1 year, employee members, and family members who are part of employee memberships.
- Possess an individually identifiable membership account number.
- Be 18 years or older at the start of your 24 Hour Fitness membership.
- Be a 24 Hour Fitness member in good standing.
- Do I need an email address to join the New Member Rewards program?
- Yes, it must be a valid email address.
- What if I do not have an email address?
- There are several search engines that offer free personal email addresses. (Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail)
Enrollment
- How do I join the New Member Rewards program?
- Once you become a 24 Hour Fitness member, you will be able to enroll in the New Member Rewards program at any time during your first 6 months. You can earn medals for 6 months from your start date at 24 Hour Fitness. To activate your account, please click here and then click the 'Register' button. You will need to fill out the registration form before your account will be active. Once you complete the registration form, you will then be emailed your username and password.
- When can I register for the New Member Rewards program?
- It typically takes 24-48 hours for a new member's information to be uploaded to the New Member Rewards database. If your new member ID is not located in the system before 48 hours, we ask that you try again later. However, if you continue to have problems registering after 48 hours, please contact customer support by clicking here.
- Does it cost anything to register my account?
- There is no additional fee to join New Member Rewards program.
- What if my member ID is not located in the system?

- Please confirm you are entering the member ID located on your new contract, or on the back of your membership card.
- It typically takes 24-48 hours for a new member's information to be uploaded to the New Member Rewards database. If your new member ID is not located in the system before 48 hours, we ask that you try again later.
How Does the New Member Rewards Program Work?

- How do you track my club visits?
- We will use your 24 Hour Fitness membership ID number to track the medals you are earning. Therefore, when you enter the club, it is especially important that you use your membership card or temporary card so the front desk can scans it. You can also ask the front desk for assistance in retrieving your membership ID if you do not have your membership card.
- When can I start earning medals?
- You will be eligible to earn medals only after activation of your New Member Rewards account. You may have to wait up to 24-48 hours after becoming a 24 Hour Fitness member to activate your account in the New Member Rewards program. Please activate your account here. Once your account is activated, qualifying transactions will post medals to your account. The sooner you activate your New Member Rewards account, the more chances you have to earn medals.
- Until when can I accumulate New Member Rewards program medals?
- You can earn medals during your first 6 months after joining 24 Hour Fitness ("6 month Rewards Period"). All medals must be earned by 11:59 PM PST on last day of your first 6 months of your 24 Hour Fitness membership. You will have 60 days after that to redeem any medals. All unused medals will be forfeited after that time. Please check your online account for the exact dates.
- What if I give notice of cancellation for my 24 Hour Fitness membership before 6 months? Can I still redeem the medals I have earned?
- No. Your 24 Hour Fitness membership must be in good standings and active on the first day of your 7th month in order for you to be eligible to redeem your medals. If you cancel any time within 6 month Rewards Period for any reason, you will forfeit any medals earned.
- What do I do if I've lost my 24 Hour Fitness membership card?
- The easiest method to replace your membership card is to go to a club and talk to the front desk. They will be able to order a new membership card for you. If you prefer to use the phone, contact 24 Hour Fitness Member Services at 800.432.6348 to order a new membership card. Please note, there is a $10 fee for a new membership card.
- What happens if I receive a new membership account number due to a revised or rewritten contract?

- Can the club tell me how many medals I have?
- No. Medal balances are available online using your Username and Password at 24hourfitness.com/rewards. If you receive an error when attempting to gain access to your medal balance, you can contact New Member Rewards program Member Service at memberservices@24hfnewmemberrewards.com for assistance.
- Where can I check my medal balance?
- You can check your medal balance on-line at 24hourfitness.com/rewards.
- How long does it take for medals to show up in my account?
- For most activities, you should see your medal earned within 48 hours after completing the requirements for the medal. The only exception is MSO (Member Services Online) which will be updated on a monthly basis.
- I joined the New Member Rewards Program 2 months after I became a member of 24 Hour Fitness. Can I still earn all 24 Medals?
- Sorry, while you can earn most medals, you can NOT earn all of them. The monthly question is only available each month of membership. This is not a medal you can earn retroactively. However, if you have satisfied the club visit medals (workout in your first 2 months, workout 4x in one month), we will retroactively reward you with those medals.
- Is there a phone number I can call to check on my medals?
- No. Medal balances are available on-line using your Username and Password at 24hourfitness.com/rewards. If you receive an error when attempting to gain access to your medal balance, you can contact New Member Rewards program Member Service at memberservices@24hfnewmemberrewards.com for assistance.
- What if I'm missing medals?
- If you believe your medal balance is incorrect, please contact New Member Rewards program Member Service at memberservices@24hfnewmemberrewards.com for assistance.
Redeeming Rewards
- What rewards can I redeem with my medals?
- Please see GiftFolios at 24hourfitness.com/rewards. You will be able to redeem medals from a wide variety of merchandise, which will be shipped to you, or from a range of 24 Hour Fitness in-club rewards, which will be emailed to you and can be redeemed at the club (for example, 1 free personal training session).
- How do I redeem my New Member Rewards program medals?
- Log into your account through the New Member Rewards program website and go to the reward section.
- When can I redeem my New Member Rewards program medals?
- After you complete your 6 month Rewards Period at 24 Hour Fitness, as long as your account is in good standings and active, you will have 60 days to redeem your medals.
- What's the maximum amount of medals I can earn?
- There is a maximum of 24 medals.
- Are my New Member Rewards program medals transferable?
- No.
- After selecting a reward, a coupon showed up on my screen. What is this and what are my next steps?
- 24 Hour Fitness in-club rewards (e.g. VIP guest privileges, personal training, or kids club) will generate an email with a reward coupon. To claim your reward, print the email with the reward coupon and redeem it at your local club.
- What happens if there is a computer or printer error and the coupon disappears before I can print it, or, if I lose my coupon after printing it?
- If you no longer have access to the coupon, contact New Member Rewards program Member Service at memberservices@24hfnewmemberrewards.com and they will email you a replacement coupon.
- What happens if I want to return merchandise that I purchased with my New Member Rewards program medals?
- Contact New Member Rewards program Member Service at memberservices@24hfnewmemberrewards.com for any return questions.
